On Monday night the much-anticipated Spanish restaurant from chef Daniel Olivella officially opened. Austin has long been missing quality Spanish and Iberian food, but now we have a place to call home. Olivella splits his time between Austin and the Bay Area, where he owns another Barlata and B44 Catalan.
