Barlata offers a Spanish twist on Saturday and Sunday brunch. Chef Daniel Olivella has reimagined and revitalized the brunch by incorporating traditional Spanish ingredients into breakfast staples.
Along with specials on an assortment of tapas, drinks and select beer and wine, Barlata offers a Happy Hour pairing of wine (or, on Monday, a cocktail) and nightly paella.
